User Name
For the username field you must enter your full email address. For example, if your email address is 'user@kafoi.com', please enter 'user@kafoi.com' in the username field.
Do not just enter 'user'. If your email address does not end in '@kafoi.com' you cannot login through this form. Contact your administrator for your login procedure. If
you type in the wrong username or password it will return an error message saying 'Login Attempt Failed'.
Password
Please note that KAFOI is not able to retrieve your forgotten password. If you have forgotten your password, KAFOI will submit you a series of questions to determine
whether you are the account holder. If you answer these questions correctly, KAFOI will assign a computer generated password and send it to your alternate email address
(specified by you when you were setting up your KAFOI email). Lastly your password will appear in asterix, therefore will not be visable by your or anybody else, thus
be careful as you type it in as commonly mistyping causes problems with login. If you type in the wrong username or password it will return an error message saying
'Login Attempt Failed'.
Login Options
There are two login options: Webmail and Secure Webmail. If you are using a public computer we recommend that you use the Secure Webmail option. This login option will
constantly ask you for your password while browsing through your mailbox if it notices no activity in a certain period of time. However, if you are using your personal
or a private computer, you may just select Webmail and you'll be logged in at a medium risk. This is generally recommended as it still assures a secure login/connection
while giving users the ability to leave their Inbox open for extended periods of time without having to re-enter their password.
Other Login Problems
If you experience any other login problems, we recommend that you retry your login process by re-visiting http://www.kafoi.com/mail and then re-entering your username
and password (also you may want to select Webmail, instead of Secure Webmail just until you are able to login). If problems persist, contact works@kafoi.com with your
issue. Please note, sometimes the server may be busy or processing too many requests; therefore before you contact the Admin, retry logging in after 5-10 minutes.
