KAFOI Online is a African web directory, organized by country and category. Most of the sites are suggested to us by our users. KAFOI Editors go on to organize these web sites under the respected categories as well as edit the comments, details and links for the web sites. We do this to ensure that KAFOI Online is organized in the best possible way allowing efficient searching and an easy, intuitive, helpful and fair to all of our users.

Before you submit your web site, please be sure you have already followed these simple steps:

1. Make sure your web site is not already in KAFOI Online
We receive a high number of requests everyday, however, there are a significant number of requests that are already listed in the KAFOI Online Directory. Therefore, before you submit your web site, try and search on the KAFOI Online Search to see if your web site is listed; if yes, go no further; if no, continue to step two.
NOTE: If your web site is listed, but you would like to change it's details, then click here, because this is a different process.

2. Find the appropriate section/category in KAFOI Online
The most important part of this process is ensuring that the web sites are organized in the correct and most appropriate categories and sections. To help make sure this happens, the KAFOI Online Editors visit each suggested site and and review your suggestions as quickly as possible (via KAFOI Site Suggest Express).

What is the appropriate section and category? Find the best possible match for your web sites' purpose. For instance, if your web site is about cars - submit your site as a web site about "Autos"; likewise, if your web site regards a Bar, then place it under "Entertainment" > "Dar-Hot-Spots". Dig as deep as possible into our directory. If you need help or have questions as to where to place your web site, please email our editor to help you find the appropriate category.

Personal Sites
Also, we receive a high number of request to list personal web sites. Therefore, we've created a section for personal pages. Please do not list these web sites in any other category (even if your personal page is on cars - do not list it under "Autos").

Region
Lastly, KAFOI Online tries to distinguish web sites by region. For instance, if your web site is Kenyan related, we place your web site in our Kenyan Directory; likewise, if your web site is about cars in Zimbabwe, we would place it under Zimbabwe > Directory > Autos > Your Site. If you feel your web site is specific to all regions or are not sure what regions it applies to please email our editor to help you find the appropriate region.

3. Submit your site in the appropriate category
Browse our Directory and navigate to find the directory that is related to your site. Inside each of the categories, there is a link, "Suggest Site" at the top of the page (usually under the title bar). Remember, that the final placement of your site is determined by KAFOI Online Editors.

When you click the "Suggest Site" link, you'll see an online form asking about the information about your site. If you would like your web site to be considered within 3 business days, please use our Express Service. Enter the details and the appropriate information along with a brief description of your web sites' purpose.
